Launch Party Countdown: Tomorrow is the BIG Day!

I am pumped up! I’m beyond hyped and my thoughts are filled with thanksgiving and praise. Tomorrow is the BIG day! It’s been a long time coming.

Here’s the final excerpt for this week’s Launch Party Countdown. Thank you for Walking in Freedom! with me.

Happy Friday and I’ll see you tomorrow!

DAY THIRTEEN: Half-Empty?
“Just before service began, one of the deacons turned and asked the choir members, “Are you half-full or half-empty?”

“Half-full,” was the reply that I heard from the ladies standing beside me, but my response was different. “Half-empty,” I replied softly. Honestly, at that moment on that particular day, I felt half-empty. I was drained, and I didn’t feel like doing anything. I was in church in the choir stand on a Sunday morning. I was in position to sing, but I didn’t feel like it. In fact, I didn’t feel like being at church at all. I was tired and exhausted in my service to God and my waiting season. I felt I had nothing left to give. Yes, I was there physically, but spiritually,…..read more by clicking on this link to purchase your copy of Rhovonda’s new book.

Launch Party Countdown: 4 Days Away!

Happy Tuesday! I’m counting down the days until my Launch Party. We are 4 days away! I cannot wait to fellowship with you, and share what God is doing in yours and my life. Yes! He’s doing great things (as always). Just a few more days!!

To keep the momentum going until the BIG DAY, here’s an excerpt for you from my devotional book, Walking in Freedom!.

DAY TEN: Created for a Purpose
“The mosquitoes are horrible this year. They are swarming everywhere. They linger by your front door, back door, windows, and cars, waiting to attack. It used to be that mosquitoes would come during the summertime when it’s hot, but not anymore. These pesky bugs attack when it’s cold or hot or when it’s rainy or dry. These bloodsucking bugs don’t care how the weather is as long as they can attach themselves to their victims. When my daughter was younger, she’d ask, “Mommy, why did God make mosquitoes?” I wondered the same thing. Lord.

Launch Party Countdown: 5 Days Away!

Hi there. It’s Monday….already! And guess what I’m doing? That’s right. I am counting down the days until my Launch Party. We are just 5 days away! I cannot wait to see your beautiful face in the place. You and I will share this huge accomplishment together, while giving God glory in the process. I have so much to tell you. Wow! I’m so pumped up!!

Since I’m counting down the days until this BIG EVENT, each day I’ll send you an excerpt from my devotional book, Walking in Freedom!. So here’s today’s excerpt.

DAY ONE: New Life
As I prepared dinner for my family yesterday, I looked out the kitchen
window and noticed spring. Officially, spring wouldn’t be here until a couple of weeks, but outside I saw beautiful colors beginning to form on the flowers and trees. I could see glimpses of spring already. I love the springtime. Spring is one of my favorite seasons of the year because the weather changes, the days are longer, and there’s newness in the air. Not only that, I enjoy this season because I celebrate the day I came to be, my birthday. To me, spring means new: new life, new beginnings, new creation, new birth, and new everything. Spring is almost here. Today, we have an interesting passage about a man named Nicodemus who goes to Jesus at night……<strong>READ MORE
